Terms of Service

1. License Grant

By purchasing the REPORTED product line (the "Software"), you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use. Ownership remains with the developer.

2. Usage Obligations

The Software must be used lawfully and responsibly. Misuse, illegal, or unethical use is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate license termination without refund.

3. Prohibited Activities

Distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the Software. Use the Software for illegal activities, creating cheats, hacks, or unauthorized resales. Execute the Software on cloud services without permission.

4. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify the developer from claims arising out of misuse, violation of TOS, or infringement on third-party rights.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for digital goods once accessed or used. Ensure suitability before purchase.

6. HWID Bans and Violations

Users violating TOS or engaging in unauthorized activities may face permanent hardware ID bans. Appeals must be sent to the developer, but bans are final upon breach confirmation.

7. Termination Rights

The developer reserves the right to terminate licenses or cease Software updates at any time without explanation.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the user’s country of residence.

9. Amendments

The developer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software implies acceptance of revised terms.

10. User Acknowledgment and Agreement

By purchasing and using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. You agree that once the order is placed, you waive any right to dispute the purchase. The Software cannot be purchased without acceptance of these terms, and your continued use constitutes binding acceptance.

11. Digital Product Delivery

The Software is a digitally delivered product. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive immediate electronic access to the Software. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that this is a non-physical product. As a result, no physical delivery, tracking information, or signed proof of delivery will be provided. Usage logs and access records serve as confirmation of delivery and receipt.

12. Mandatory Agreement

To purchase the Software, users must explicitly agree to these Terms of Service by clicking the "Accept" button during checkout. This action confirms that the user has read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Without this acceptance, the purchase process cannot be completed.

13. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

• The use or inability to use the Software.
• Any actions taken by the user while using the Software.
• Any damage to the user's equipment, including but not limited to data loss, hardware malfunctions, or other related issues.

Users assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of the Software. Under no circumstances shall the developer be responsible for any damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or actions taken by the user that violate these Terms of Service.
