License Grant

The REPORTED product line (the "Software") is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. By purchasing and using the Software, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business use. This license does not convey any ownership rights in the Software.

Legal Use

The Software must be used in a legal and responsible manner. You are solely responsible for any actions taken using the Software, and the developer will not be held liable for any misuse or improper use of the Software by you or any third party. The developer takes any abuse complaints seriously and reserves the right to terminate the license of any customer who misuses the Software.

Ownership and Copyright

The Software is owned and copyrighted by the developer. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Software without the express written permission of the developer.

Limitations

You may not use the Software for any illegal or unethical purposes. You may not use the Software to use, develop, distribute, or promote cheats, hacks, or other similar software. You may not analyze, modify, debug, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software. You may not share, rent, or resell the Software to a third party, nor execute the Software on a cloud solution or similar services without the express written permission of the developer.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the developer and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Software, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and your use of the Software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside.

Fraud

We take the issue of unauthorized reselling and illegal acquisition of our licenses very seriously. Any individuals found to be participating in such activities, whether as a buyer or a seller, will be subject to a permanent hardware ban. This ban is final and will apply to all future purchases and use of our services. We strongly advise against purchasing licenses from unauthorized resellers and recommend obtaining them only through legitimate channels. It is important to note that in such cases, no refunds will be issued for any future licenses. We take a zero-tolerance approach towards such activities and will take all necessary steps to protect our legitimate customers and the integrity of our services.

Refunds

We reserve the right to deny any refund at any time. Since our services provide electronic, digital goods we do not offer refunds on used digital goods. You will not receive any refund for partial usage of the services provided, please make sure the license you are going to purchase is right for you.

HWID Bans

The developer reserves the right to impose hardware ID (HWID) bans on users who violate our terms and conditions or engage in any illegal or unethical activities while using the Software. If you are HWID banned, the software will alert you on next authorization attempt. You will not be able to use the Software on any device associated with the banned HWID. If you believe that you have been HWID banned in error, you may contact the developer to appeal the ban. Any person caught violating our terms of service will be HWID banned and will not be entitled to a refund if they decide to repurchase at a later stage without consulting with the developer beforehand.

Product Termination

The developer reserves the right to stop supporting or providing updates to the Software at any time and for any reason. You are not entitled to an explanation for such a decision.

License Termination

Your license will be terminated without warning or refund if you fail to comply with any of the above terms and conditions, engage in any illegal or unethical activities while using the Software, or breach any other agreement between you and the developer and/or other third party companies.
